We make every effort to ensure that your packages are shipped within 24 working hours from the confirmation of your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your delivery. If you encounter any issues with one of our carriers, please contact us here.

We offer the following options:
- Relais Chrono2shop 3-5 days: free
- Colissimo 3-5 days: €7
- Chronopost Express 24-48h: €15

EUROPEAN UNION
In Europe, orders are shipped via Colissimo 3-5 days, at a cost of €15.

UNITED STATES
Orders are shipped via UPS or DHL in 3-5 days, free of charges. VAT and all custom taxes are already included, you will not need to pay anything else at the delivery.

SWITZERLAND
Orders are shipped via UPS or DHL in 3-5 days, free of charges. VAT and all custom taxes are already included, you will not need to pay anything else at the delivery.

REST OF THE WORLD
Orders are shipped via UPS or DHL in 3-5 days, at a cost of €20.
Taxes and customs fees are your responsibility.


Returns

From the date of receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your Socque, in their original packaging and condition.

FRANCE / EUROPE
Please initiate your return request from your customer account; we will send you a return label and the necessary instructions. Please note, a return fee of €4 will be deducted from orders returned from France, €15 for European Union countries.

UNITED STATES / SWITZERLAND
Please initiate your return request from your customer account; we will send you a return label and the necessary instructions. Please note, a return fee of €40 for the United States and €30 for Switzerland will be deducted from your refund.

REST OF THE WORLD
Outside the European Union, return shipping (and any applicable taxes) is your responsibility. Please initiate your return request from your customer account and then return your order at your own risk, using the carrier of your choice, to the following address—be sure to include your name and order number:
