What are the return and exchange policies?
You can return your shoes in their initial packaging within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they have not been worn nor damaged.
In France, returns and exchanges (subject to product availability) are free. However, initial shipment fees remain at your charge.
Abroad, returns and related import / export duties remain at your expense.
