A slipper-mule to wear three ways

Product details

The very first Socque style, Lucca is a casual slipper that turns into a clog thanks to its fold-down back and repositionable strap.

Its upper is modernized by a rounded square toe and streamlined cutouts. It is stitched directly onto the sole using the high-end artisanal technique of "cousu sandalette".

Heel: 2 cm.

Materials & Care

Lucca is crafted from high-quality materials selected in Europe.

• Main leather: 100% suede calf leather
• Lining: 100% cow leather
• Insole: 100% leather
• Outsole: 100% leather
• Metal hardware: zamak
• Dust bag: organic cotton; packaging: recycled cardboard

Leather origin: Italy, Spain, Portugal.

Care: before the first wear and then monthly, we recommend protecting your shoes with a suitable waterproofing spray. To preserve the look of the suede, use a soft brush and a suede color reviver spray.

Craftmanship

The Lucca mule is crafted in Portugal, in one of Socque’s partner workshops near Porto. This human-scale atelier masters stitch-down, a demanding construction technique used to develop Lucca’s distinctive structure: an upper stitched directly onto the sole, for added suppleness and hold.

The leathers are selected from a renowned LWG-certified European tannery specializing in suede, with whom the colors for this style are developed. The remaining components are sourced locally, close to the workshop.
