DELIVERY AND RETURN

We make every effort to ensure that your packages are shipped within 48 working hours from the confirmation of your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your delivery. If you encounter any issues with one of our carriers, please contact us here. 

 

Delivery
 

We offer the following options:

• Relais Chrono2shop 3-5 days: free
• Colissimo 3-5 days: €7
• Chronopost Express 24-48h: €15

 

In Europe, orders are shipped via Colissimo 3-5 days, at a cost of €15.
 

In the United States, orders are shipped via DHL 3-5 days, at a cost of €25.

Customs fees are covered by us.

 

Outside Europe, orders are shipped via UPS or DHL 3-5 days, at a cost of €25.

Taxes and customs fees are your responsibility.

  

Returns

From the date of receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your Socque, in their original packaging and condition.

FRANCE / EU
Please initiate your return request from your customer account; we will send you a return label and the necessary instructions. Please note, a return fee of €4 will be deducted from orders returned from France, and €15 for returns from other European countries.

REST OF THE WORLD
Outside the European Union, return shipping (and any applicable taxes) is your responsibility. Please initiate your return request from your customer account and then return your order at your own risk, using the carrier of your choice, to the following address—be sure to include your name and order number:
