Coco, Socque’s very first sneaker.

Dreamed up over many seasons, Coco marks Socque’s first step into sneakers. Somewhere between a ballet flat and a vintage sneaker, imagined in a palette of vibrant shades, Coco brings its references together beautifully.

Product details

A lightweight, flexible sneaker crafted in vibrant mixed materials. With a subtly vintage feel and a modern, feminine line, Coco is finished with bohemian touches that bring character to everyday dressing.

A split sole, flexible construction inspired by sacchetto shoemaking, and memory-foam insole make Coco comfortable from the very first wear.

A small removable bead adds the final signature detail.

ABOUT COCO

FROM BALLET SLIPPER TO SNEAKER

To create Coco, our very first sneaker, we started with an unexpected reference: the classical ballet slipper.

From the demi-pointe, Coco keeps the low, close-to-the-foot line, the softness, and the split sole designed to move naturally with the foot. Then come details borrowed from 1980s training wear: bold proportions, a mix of nylon and leather in punchy colors, and bright white laces that give the silhouette its sporty line. Coco was born.

Its distinctive construction, halfway between sacchetto shoemaking and a more traditional flat construction, was developed over several months with our partner atelier. It allows the shoe to move with the foot while keeping it supported. The materials come from Italian suppliers known for the quality of their work and the precision of their savoir-faire.

Somewhere between a ballet slipper and a vintage sneaker, Coco finds its own balance: soft, feminine, a little retro, and never too well-behaved.
